WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Normally, when a product appears as sold out or out of stock, it's likely that it won't be available again. Please keep in mind that we produce our products by hand, and quantities are limited.
We sell in multi-brand stores, so even if one of our products isn't available on our website, it may still be available in one of the stores that carry our products.
ARE THERE SPECIAL PROMOTIONS ON PRODUCTS IN THE ONLINE STORE?
Yes, we have special promotions, and they will be announced in the online store, on social media, and in our newsletters.
HOW CAN I CANCEL, MODIFY, OR DELETE MY ORDER?
You can modify or remove items from your shopping cart as long as you haven't yet placed your order.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your product leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT I DIDN'T ORDER?
If, in the unlikely event that you receive an item you didn't order, our courier will pick it up free of charge, provided it hasn't been used. To arrange this, please contact us. Click here to access the contact section.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
After following the return process, once we receive the product and assess its condition, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). The refund may take between 3 and 15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
I LIKED A STYLE ON YOUR WEBSITE. WILL YOU HAVE IT AGAIN?
When we remove a product from the website, it's because we will no longer be selling it.

Our products tend to run large. You can use our "Size Guide" on each product page to find the right size.
