WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Usually when a product is “out of stock”, it is very likely it will no longer be available. Keep in mind that our produce hand-crafted and the number of items is limited.

We sell in multi-brand stores, so although some of our products may not be available on the web, they may be available in one of the stores that sell our products.

ARE THERE SPECIAL PROMOTIONS/ DISCOUNTS OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE?

Yes, we do have special promotions and discounts that are announced in our online store, social networks and newsletters.

HOW CAN I CANCEL, CHANGE OR DELETE MY ORDER?

You can change/ remove items from the shopping cart as long as you have not processed your order. If you want to change your order once it’s processed, you must contact us ASAP, click here to access the contact section.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the product leaves our warehouses, the customer will receive an email indicating that their order has been sent. To know the status or track your order, you can contact us.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER OR THE ITEMS I HAVEN’T BOUGHT?

HOW DO I REQUEST THE REFUND OF A PURCHASE?

After you’ve followed all the steps to make a return, once we’ve received the product and assessed its condition, we will refund the total amount for the purchase via one of the payment methods (credit card or PayPal account). The refund may take time to be processed returned to your bank account, taking between 3 and 15 business days depending on your bank.

I LIKE A MODEL THAT WAS ON YOUR WEBSITE. WILL IT BE IN STOCK AGAIN?

If the item is removed from the online store, it’ll no longer be sold.
